How Our Process Works

1. Once your order is placed, we review the order to ensure we have all the necessary information. Please be sure you have provided us with a valid email address and phone number so we can contact you for any missing details or questions.

Please check your email and add orders@Z3-Custom.com to your safe sender's list. It’s also very important that you double-check all your wording and names entered into the Textbox. Our caring people will review your order thoroughly, so feel free to give us any little details in the Comments box when placing your order.

2. When we have received all the necessary information, we will provide a proof so you can see the overall look and layout of your engraved item. The proof does not do justice to what the final engraved item will look like, but you will be able to get a general idea of the font, text, and picture layout. We must have your approval on the design to continue work. This means that the faster you respond to our proof email, the faster your custom engraved item will get made.

3. Once we have received approval on the design, we will proceed with engraving. Most orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, while some may take 8-10 days if we are experiencing a delay on the product you ordered.

4. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking information. Orders ship from Walbridge, Ohio. In most cases, the order is shipped 3-5 business day after approval while some may take 8-10 days depending on the complexity of the product and design. We will advise you if your order is expected to take longer than usual.

Personalization Questions

What is laser engraving?

The laser uses Co2 as the engraving tool, like fire, it burns the product to shape. Laser engraving produces a permanent, crisp, highly detailed image on your product. Laser engraving can be used on a variety of materials including wood, leather, acrylics, aluminum and brass.

Can I personalize each item and what does it cost?

Yes, personalization is what we do! Personalization and standard options are included in the cost of your items. Non-standard, custom orders that require additional design time may incur additional fees. Once you order is placed, we’ll review it and let you know of any additional fees before starting any work.

When you place your order, you’ll be given the option to add personalization. Please be careful to type the personalization exactly how you want it to appear on your item. We will send you a picture of the image for review and approval before we begin engraving. Errors in personalization due to customer information will not be returnable or refunded.

What are standard designs?

We offer a variety of standard designs. You can select from our standard options at the time of placing your order. These are just a sampling of the design options we have available to us. If you would like to use a different type of design, just let us know at the time of your order and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Absolutely! We’re happy to use your logo or any artwork free from copyright. When ordering, select “Other” in options and add a note in the comments section about what you would like your design to look like.

You can send your logo or layout files to orders@Z3-Custom.com. Please reference your order number in the email.

Please note we will only work with designs that you own and are not under copyright by another individual or entity. For example, we cannot engrave the Harley-Davidson logo, Disney logos or images of any or their characters, Budweiser, etc.

How do I send you my logo or artwork to use?

You can send your logo or layout files orders@Z3-Custom.com. Please reference your order number in the email. Non-standard, custom orders that require additional design time may incur additional fees. Once you order is placed, we’ll review it and let you know of any additional fees before starting any work.

Shipping Questions

How long will it take to get my order?

Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days, while some may take 8-10 days if we are experiencing a delay on the product you ordered. If you need your order for an event or a firm date, let us know – we’ll work with you to choose the best shipping options. If needed, we may apply additional a Rush Service Fee to meet your deadline.

How much does shipping cost?

Can I ship to an international address?

Yes! You can order online and choose UPS Expedited, UPS Express. UPS has the fastest delivery times and is most secure. We ship to Canada and all over the world!

Can I ship to PO Box address?

At this time, we require a physical mailing address for your shipment since the majority of our items are shipped via UPS.

Can I ship to an APO/FPO address?

To support our military troops, we do offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses. We ship Priority Mail to APO/FPO addresses.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! If you live in the Toledo, Ohio area you are welcome to visit our store location and pick up your order. You’ll also be able to take a look at all our products and place new orders in our shop. For location and store hours, visit the Contact Us page.

Rush Service

Do you need your item sooner than the standard? If you need your order for an event or a firm date, let us know - we'll work with you to choose the best shipping options, If needed, a Rush Service to meet your deadline.

How do I track my order?

For items send via UPS, you will your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships (please add orders@Z3-Customs.com to your Safe Senders list).

Returns

If your laser engraved item arrives broken, damaged, or with a defect, we will make and ship a new one to you at no cost to you. Check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.

If your order arrives with an error in personalization, for a product design that was customer approved, will not be returnable or refunded. In those instances a new order must be placed.
